ONCE I BECOME AN ULTRA LS ® HEATING OIL USER, HOW OFTEN WILL MY FURNACE NEED SERVICING?
A Safety Inspection should be conducted annually. During the inspection, your qualified service technician will have an opportunity to replace any worn parts, address any operating or safety concerns, and ensure your heating system is operating a maximum efficiency.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE THE BENEFITS OF BURNING ULTRA LS ® HEATING OIL IN MY HEATING EQUIPMENT?
The full benefit of ULTRA LS ® will be realized once you have consumed the #2 Heating Oil in your fuel tank and your heating system has been serviced/cleaned.

WILL ULTRA LS HEATING OIL™ TAKE CARE OF EXISTING TANK CONDITIONS AND CLEAN MY FURNACE?
Not necessarily, however, no further scale build up will accumulate in your heating system nor sludge in your fuel tank. There have been a few cases where ULTRA LS ® did improve tank & heating system conditions but it is highly recommended to have the system thoroughly cleaned and tuned.

CAN I MIX ULTRA LS ® HEATING OIL WITH #2 FUEL
Absolutely! The sooner you begin to burn ULTRA LS ® Heating Oil, the better.

I AM A KEROSENE USER; CAN I USE ULTRA LS ® HEATING OIL INSTEAD?
In many cases yes. It would be a good idea to have your heating system inspected to ensure the nozzle is the appropriate size for ULTRA LS ® .

DO OTHER OIL COMPANIES SELL ULTRA LS ® HEATING OIL OR SOMETHING COMPARABLE?
As far as we know, there are no other companies in the Anne Arundel County area selling ULTRA LS ® for heating purposes. But it certainly doesn't hurt to ask your fuel supplier.

CAN I USE ULTRA LS ® HEATING OIL IN OFF ROAD EQUIPMENT?
Yes, in fact, it is required in model 2007 engines and newer.

WHAT TEMPERATURE WILL ULTRA LS ® HEATING OIL GEL?
We have tested ULTRA LS ® in constant zero degree temperatures and it has not gelled yet.

IS IT NECESSARY TO ADD HOT TO MY FUEL TANK?
Hot may help with condensation but if condensation does not exist in your fuel tank, hot is not necessary.
